• The meeting was called to order by Vice-President Teresa Domico with prayer and the pledge of allegiance.
  • The secretary’s report for March was approved
  • Treasurer’s report by Barb Ritchie was approved
  • A $200 check from Dee Dee Kidder for the Day of Spirituality was received
  • We currently charge $10 for the Pilgrimage lunches; the last one netted us over $5 per person
  • Sunshine Report
  • A thank you note was sent to Mr. Bees for their chip donations for various lunches we have served
  • A thank you note was sent to Mike Ruscitto, from Pizza Place, for his donations for the Italian dinner
  • Book club – the next meeting will be Wednesday, April 24.  April’s book is “The Four Signs of a Dynamic Catholic”
  • Outreach Committee
  • We will hold a paper products drive in late May/early June
  • Funeral lunches – the funeral on Monday is covered
  • April 21 – Fundraiser with the Knights of Columbus
  • Teresa passed out copies of the agenda from the CWA/KofC roof fundraiser meeting on March 12
  • There may be drive through, if approved by the city
  • A number of items have been donated for the country store and Chinese raffle
  • Kid Zone –
  • A bouncy house was donated by the Betsy Mills club; Teresa also has a smaller one for kids 4 and under
  • St. Mary youth group and school student council will help with the Kid Zone
  • Adrienne Love is bringing For Goodness Snakes, a reptile sanctuary
  • Cornhole could be placed in the Kid Zone or on the playground
  • Teresa sent around sign-up sheets for Friday prep and Sunday 8 – 8 shifts

The meeting was adjourned.  Next meeting will be May 1, which is the May crowning and dinner.
