Five people will be there for setup and serving. Janet Steinel found a shirt that we will give to Father, and we also approved a monetary gift of $300. Janet Schilling will present it on behalf of the CWA. There will be a flyer in the bulletin about the event, and it will also be included on our Facebook page.

- Babs contacted St. John’s about their program for Vacation Bible School. They sent a kit they use from the Sunday Visitor. Elizabeth Tokodi and Father Edward will be contacted about whether they want to have VBS. Deb Cody volunteered to head up a committee to plan it. Babs will put it on the parish council agenda.
- There was a question about whether we want to do the subs for Super Bowl Sunday again. It was decided that if we do, we should make them ourselves.
- The parish picnic is set for September 27. The fairgrounds have been booked for it. It will follow the same format as last year, with mass at 4:00. Theresa Domico will work on the childrens’ programs.
- An example of the New Children’s Missal was passed around. It costs $3 for each one. We will purchase 200 of them to put in the pews and for the gift shop. Carol Wharff will purchase them.
- Sheila brought in a table for the library. It was donated by the Board of Elections.
- Deb Cody attended a conference in Columbus and brought back an idea to have volunteers sign up to pray for our priests daily. Deb will keep a list of the volunteers. We can sign up for 1 day a month or weekly.
- $100 was approved as a donation for the Easter Egg hunt.
- Linda McMIchael noted that Cary Caldwell is currently training to take over as head of the Daily Bread Kitchen. Volunteers and bakers are still needed.
The meeting was adjourned. The next meeting will be April 9, the Thursday, after Easter..
